The Jacek Malczewski Museum in Radom invites you to another meeting from the “Thursday with Esterka” series, whose title refers to the historical name of the historic townhouse in the Market Square that houses the modern, three-storey exhibition “Museum of the History of Radom.”

“Marywil – Fire and Time” – a meeting with Marta Wiktoria Trojanowska and Tomasz Staniszewski devoted to the latest publication of the Jacek Malczewski Museum – a richly illustrated monograph of one of the most important industrial plants in Radom (edited by Marcin Kępa, who will also moderate the discussion). Books will be available for purchase at the Museum of the History of Radom ticket desk.

About the Author: Tomasz Staniszewski

Aged 54, a native of Radom and a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, inspired by Professor Leszek Kałkowski's lectures on the history of securities to begin building his own collection of historical securities while still a student. Passionate about economic history, particularly the industrial past of Radom and the surrounding region, he has been involved in the stone industry for over 30 years. His company, INBRA POLSKA , is a leading importer of natural stone in Poland. A member of the International Bond & Share Society (IBSS) in London and a member of the Board of the Association of Collectors of Historical Securities in Warsaw, he has curated several exhibitions dedicated to Polish and foreign historical securities. He is also the founder of the economic history portal www.StarePapiery.pl.
