I have the honor and great pleasure to invite all readers of the starepapiery.pl website to the opening of an exhibition presenting selected items from my collection, which for many years have documented the economic and industrial history of the Polish lands.

The exhibition entitled “Paper that Built Poland. Share Certificates of the 19th–20th Centuries” is an attempt to tell the story of the development of Polish entrepreneurship through unique historical securities – testimonies of the activity of companies that helped build the foundations of the modern economy. The presented documents are not only historical sources, but also objects of high aesthetic value, showcasing the craftsmanship of historical graphic design and printing.

The exhibition is part of my long-standing research and collecting interests, which I also develop on the starepapiery.pl website, where I strive to present history through tangible artifacts – documents, shares, bonds and other testimonies of the past. The exhibition is therefore a natural extension of this activity, brought into the museum space.

It is a particular honor for me to present the collection at the Museum of Papermaking in Duszniki-Zdrój – a unique place on the map of Poland’s technical and cultural heritage, which has long been dedicated to the history of paper and printing.
